Can We Evaluate Our DSM's?

It has been over five years sinse the field force has had an opportunity to truely evaluate our managers. Our DSM's evaluate us at least two times a year. Can we please have an opportunity to evaluate them? Any opinions?

Upper management has absolutely no interest in what you think of your DSM. Their only interest is whether or not the DSM is doing what he is told to do, and whether or not you are doing what you are told to do by your DSM. This is the ONLY "evaluation" that matters.

Are you kidding? You obviously haven't met your VP Griffin yet. HE has already decided who is gonna be "managed out of the organization" and the butt kissers who will stay.

So, besides the obvious AD butt kissers; who are the RSM butt kissers? One or two from the MD ; DC area come to mind. Also, the Cali folks.
