The morale is ROCK BOTTOM at Genentech. This is the worst I have ever seen in my entire career. Genentech was once the “Google” or “Apple” of Pharma. Now it’s the worst, most toxic culture with too heavy middle management. What’s going to wake up Ashley and Teresa? Get rid of these Ecosystems! They prevent people from development, they hurt business and make launches nearly impossible!

Middle management here has ruined the company. Diversity hire HD's that are completely incompetent continue to drive our best people away. The talent pool here compared to just a couple of years ago is shocking. Great people were pushed out.

Once upon a time, Genentech was capable of launching world class products! Now we cant even get products in the systems of payers. The level of incompetence is profound! If Regeneron launched Vabysmo, it would be the greatest drug on the earth dominating the market. Yet here we are. Ashley? Theresa? THIS COMPANY IS A DISASTER
