Can two Wrongs make a Right?

Read the Valeant message board. It will show you the value of pharma cafe. Two companies in debt up to their ears with declining market share and poor management decide to come together. Valeant has a history of slashing the sales-force of acquired companies and making the company more efficient by streamlining the new acquired R&D.

The business model is to squeeze every last drop of life out of the employees by cutting costs not by growing the business. This merger of Valeant and Bausch may work for the bottom line and Wall Street but it will be a nightmare for the employees.

How could b and l sink so low and sell out to Valeant knowing their history of slashing jobs 80% causing people to lose their homes, unemployment lose their benefits all to make a buck. There is something called morals, humility etc.. It always comes down to money in the end and fu@# the people. How sad this has all become. Karma.
