Can someone explain the Neuroscience bonus?

I just was told Neurosciences is not getting the 'True Up' monies from T1 2013.
Can someone clarify?

It depends on the number of payoffs from the doctors. They only allow a certain percentage.

There's constant disappointment in bonus payout - Allergan is an expert in the bait and switch of forced ranking, tri over tri performance, and overstating performance goals. All of these combine to allow the neurosciences division to continue having record profits without having to pay their people.

I left the HSM team a while back and it was the best thing I could've done. Morale is in the toilet, sales model is a washed-up approach that repels injectors, HSM, CM, and the other team that was just hired (whatever they are called), are in a stupor over who to call on without pissing someone off - and the icing on the cake is when all is done at the end of the year, after you had a few crappy bonus checks (if you were lucky), you are told the "true up" is just a BIG, FAT, LIE!!!!!

Well, I'm sure RS took his share before he left. They probably used the sales team's bonus to pry his big arse out of the company!!!
