Can Someone Explain ANTHEM?

How is it that a contract and rebate can be provided to a payor and we don't get the data?

Does anyone outside of SALES have any idea how the real world works? Do you think there's a reservoir of enthusiasm to sell a product that Amgen gets paid on but that isn't tracked in the rep's IC payouts?

Why doesn't the Market Access team know this? How did they allow a contract like this without demanding that the data be included? Anthem would like to maximize its rebate you know?

It's been 6 months now and I am driving a baseline bigger and bigger while not getting paid while building it.

Note - for the the regular TO cubicle warrior - sit this one out. We get it, you make tons of cash, have an elite education, and are a mover and shaker.

Oh and don’t forget to throw in that Anthem is our employer provided medical insurance too! Even more reason we should get the data or leave!

For the same child that keeps whining about all things Amgen, grow up.

back to your cubicle son

your shutdown is coming and you can maybe go eat at Coin and Candor and feel important
What a coinkydink that there are similar writing styles on the two responses that, just so, happen to be a short time apart. You're not fooling anyone. You're a child that continues to cry on this site about all of the injustices that you face as a rep. Rather than address your issues with someone that may be able to assist you, you'd rather bitch and complain like a teenager that had their keys taken. Your impractical approach is why you're the idiot making four left turns.

you idiot, it’s not the same person. How many times do you have to be told? You are blindly ignorant and a snob. Quit spending so much time on here and do your desk job, then maybe we wouldn’t have to complain about the IC plan. I have hours in between calls to do this shit while you just sit in your ass all day on fb and cp. do your job, I’m doing mine. Don’t get mad at me for having more free time, you chose your career path

Despite the insults thrown between little office boy and the various reps, can someone answer the question?

How does Amgen sign a contract with a payor and not have it include the data to drive the contract?

Does anyone realize that there is no pull through if it's invisible?

Answer the question!

You don't need the answer. You know more than the market access team, the people that actually sell to the customers. If your weren't a point and click menu rep, you would have the ability to find the answer and not post on an anonymous site. You and the rest of your under performing counterparts are worthless. Have any of your idiotic questions been answered on CP, dumb ass? If you don't like it here, take your mediocre ass to another company where you can continue whining and delivering snacks and lunches.

There are multiple levels of contracts at Anthem. We could pay to get the data, however Amgen does not view this spend as being worth it. The only impact it has is on IC or what we see as the ‘ins’. All corporate cares about is the revenue, or the ‘outs’.

Them being our insurance carrier is meaningless as those are two separate and siloed divisions/functions of Anthem. There were times when our insurance carrier didn’t cover some of our products, as it’s never part of why we choose a plan. That is based primarily on cost vs benefits.
Hope this helps.

so no answer.

Anthem already under-performing nationally and you wonder why?

I'll keep waiting cubicle boy....
You'll always be a moronic rep and the first to go in a lay off. You're helpless, which is why you come to cafepharma to cry. Take it easy, dumb ass. You've reached the pinnacle of your career.

This is a very helpful answer, thank you for being professional. Still don’t like the answer but it is what it is. I think the same thing happens for most of the mail order data too.

Then why are you on here exactly?
