I assume you are referring to healthcare benefits. It depends on how long ago you were hired. They changed the requirements a few years ago. Ticked off a lot of people who just missed out but there was no any they were going to be able to change the requirements without ruffling some feathers. I have a friend at AZ who said you have to be 60 years old with 15 years service to get health benefits. That does not sound good for him???`

It used to be 55 years old AND 10 years of service. They changed the requirement a few years ago. I don’t know what it is now.

It is not offered anymore… you had to have been 55 with 10 years of service back in 2019. From that point on, no one is offered retiree health insurance.

Got whacked in 2012
Just made 10 years of service and had just turned 55. I am still eligible for insurance
I didn’t take it then because it was very terrible and still Liz very terrible insurance but it was interesting that other people who got whacked who had 10 more years of experience than I but we’re not 55 we’re not eligible stupid company
