Look, we are bleeding every week. MG promised the Street double digit growth for the life of the product. We have 4 years left. What can be done? Seriously?

We brought in the NUBU ED of the whole show after her product failed, gave her 25% more reps, gave her TLLs, gave her free reign to run the whole shop (make no doubt she runs marketing too (ask John, Ryan, Julia)), and yet sales are declining every single time Steph posts in TEAMs.

What can be done?

-double sales force?
-double TLLs?
-sign better Dept of Defense deal and redeploy into VAs and Military bases? Incent on Tricare? (might hurt Mr. Pink in DC)
-have leadership and brand team actually engage at critical conferences?
-new agency?
-close distribution and build a functioning HUB?
-go all in on ISS?
-bundle with pegloticase?
-double price?
-ramp up speaker programs?
-go all in on RTEs?
-enhance Omnichannel efforts?
-create a retail strategy?
-go all in on equity groups?
-go from 3 to 4 web calls per week and coach being purposeful?
-enhance targeting training?
-ramp up closing skills?
-upskill MMIT utilization?

what will work?
 












culture matters...you can't tell the reps to lie just to make you look good....it sends a signal on values....I think we are cooked....just looking for an escape hatch....
 




We could stop running off all our best people because they don't play the fake game? Just look at the territories where we lost our best and tell me what happened to NBRX after 60 days.

We replace them with Big Pharma slugs.

One thing is being cut....Celgene legacy, especially those with high salaries....plain and simple....if you dare to think outside the marketer of the month rotation and question anything, you will be let go....if you agree to smile a lot, push praise upwards, pound the emoji button....then you will be kept around

look at our losses...we can all see it...our RSD, when not sleeping off a bender, spends his time lobstering or managing his rental empire yet he fits right in because he's controllable...meanwhile we run off our best reps
