It is very unfortunate that a potentially great opportunity has become the mess that it is. No one feels secure. The sales organization is rudderless and not motivated. Does the executive committee understand the issues? Why was PF promoted? He was already over his head in his prior role. We all knew Ron was inexperienced when he joined. What we didn't know was that he doesn't have the capacity to become competent. And his people skills are lacking. I'm looking. Shire, Celgene, Aegerion and others are hiring. It's easier to get a job while you have one.

I just re-read the company values published on the Internet for everyone to read. I hate to admit it but I peed my pants a little from the laughter that ensued!
 






Ron is pure cancer. He was dumped long ago out of Pharma and into Baron Wines in CO. When he could not make a go there, Peety gave this cry baby a second chance.

Time to take out the trash Viro! Ron must go!
 


















PF is just as much to blame as RD for the mess.........Knows nothing about sales and poor leadership. Cant trust him..... will say anything to keep you working up until the day you are fired. PF and RD....... Viropharma integrity at its finest!
