Can anyone give specifics on placement guidelines?

We all know the 3 topics:
Location
Experience in Therapeutic Area
Last 2 year's MAG Plan

What EXACTLY has been evaluated to decide placement?

Will you likely be placed as long as there is a position available & you're not on a Coaching Plan or PIP? Or do you need to have a minimum 'score' on the MAG Plan to be considered? If so, what are the specifics?

Tenure has absolutely nothing nothing to do with it. If everyone on your team is at exceeds expectation it will come down to salary and therapeutic experience. Just ask the managers that had great track records and 10+ years experience. In our area they were all displaced by BI employees with lower salaries and 2-3 yrs in management. The process SUCKS but is totally cost saving.
