Brian has Oncology Management experience.he will do great because he "gets it"... The Ying and yang balancing what the company wants vs real world.... He is not a robot..he is a rep's manager ...player's coach.... I've worked for him .. I know. CNS and Pain managers have not done well in the Oncology space---Brian has...there was a CNS manager Who became an Oncology manager in the NW...he went back to CNS....wrecked his team.....gave credit to another CNS rep who had 2 years of exp rather than taking care of the Onc  people up there who are the real contributors...Texas has another one who is simply living off of the fact he manages in Texas...in one way or another forced out the really good experienced players who were very well respected..the guy actually but a Oncology virgin in there to manage MD Anderson when he had a great experienced rep on the team who was very well respected by everyone at MD Anderson...she took her talents to Elsewhere where she is a star...none of this would happen for the guy I used to work for BP...shout goes out to the big guy in LA, the pro duo in Seattle, the Mayo Mama, Rocky the closer, the Professor in OK..I have so much respect for you...
