Does anyone know how they decide which territories are open and closed every week.

Ask your manager. This was clearly explained on at least two national calls. It’s a combination of incidence and mortality trends. Perhaps you’re new to the company.

Also inquired and was told they have a “formulation “ but that formulation was not shared . Did not hear that national call - must’ve been on PTO... thanks for the clarification
