I am in another division, and I was curious about the agreement that the MS division is making their sales reps and account managers sign. Can somebody explain it?
The important question is not what are you being asked to sign but why are you being asked to sign it.
I have a friend that works, in management, outside of pharma. For the last 2 years they have been bringing people in at 1/3 to 1/2 less pay. Now that companies are starting hire people are leaving for small increases in pay. So the company is scared shitless as sales projection rise but people keep heading for the door.
Im sure its the same at NVS. If one of you MS reps leave NVS will not hit its number. The company cant handle another Fanapt.
So why does NVS treat you like dirt. Because this company has always felt that the product sell's itself. That it does'nt need people push it.
I bet my bonus you hearing things like "if you cant sell this, maybe you should'nt be here"
It seems like many in MS sales are ready to call it quits. NVS should offer these people a severence package to get rid of people who would rather not be with NVS. Offering 20 weeks severence instead of having a disgruntled, non performing rep during a launch year is the way NVS should handle these people.
Loser were you denied a job interview for this division Maybe we have 6700 RX'S and nobody will make more then 2k for Q1. Low performers like you are just happy to have a job. Most of us expect to make 50k a year in bonus.
