I also know help desk can see you when they remote connect to you. IT guy said he could see us, and he popped up window so I could see him when I asked about the camera. I was completely shocked that he could do this and only mentioned it when directly asked. This is ridiculous! What if I was sitting around in the buff calling them at night, to not let reps know this is over the top illegal. We need to report this.
