calling in orders

Am i the only one still calling in orders? I mean really give us an Internal slaes team or some help!!!!! ICS is so f*ning stupid they are killing my business, doesnt Teva understand what customer service is..
 






























I call in orders all the time or rather have my wife do it from a different phone number. Look when cust svc screws up an order and they usually do, I have to get it taken care of one way or another. Its easier for them to cancel it than fill it. We can't police those orders any other way and those idiots just don't care. They hire in these dumbasses from collection agencies, don't train them properly, and it costs orders, so yeah, call or do the fax thing..
 


















I'm befuddled. Obviously one of his accounts wanted him to call it in, they always do. So he calls it in. No violation there, until recently when they sent out the new direction not to. So he does and changes his voice, not a good idea, in fact pretty stupid, but again no real offense. Maybe warrants a verbal spanking by his RM.
So they fire the guy? What the hell?
That just shows how low this company or at least our division has dropped into the shitter.

All he had to do is set up the account to order online and set the password up himself and then when they needed to place an order he could do it online himself the office. I have 5 or 6 accounts I do this for all the time. If the company says dont call in orders then stop calling in orders, pretty simple.
