To answer the OP's original question; No just check the approved boxes. You see when we used the call notes to catch them selling off label and putting children in harms way, the head criminals put a stop to call notes. Did the Write - Right program before that, but was too little too late. The proof was already acquired by the feds. What has happened to the company since then is all self induced.

In VBU we are required by FLL to put in very detailed call notes.

Well download and print out as many as you can, because you can prove the company's wrong doing by them. I did! It paid off nicely too!

One of the guys I worked with would describe fat office ladies as endomorphs in the Veeva account notes. I had to look that one up.

Yeah we pulled call notes via subpoena went through thousands showing a coordinated effort to sell Advair for mild asthma, Wellbutrin SR to kids etc. Stupid reps across the country at the direction of their managers were a gold mine literally. Call notes where the nail in the coffin.
