Contract rep here in the East being forced to leave call notes. Managers and reps have their panties in a wod cause I refuse to leave them. You forest reps are idiots for some of the things you write down in those, they are permanent and can come back years later and get your ass fired. you guys act like business cant move forward without a lame ass call note, get a clue, read the reports and know your own F******* doctors.

I would love to do my business without all the crap i am getting from the forest reps, trust me! The only reason im worried about you guys is because you need to learn to shut your mouths when it comes to call notes. Ive read some from several people in my district that are grounds for firing. Forest wont have to do a layoff because all they will have to do is fire you dumb asses who put shit in your call notes like "helped get a PA through", idiot.
 






We have been praised by our DMs for getting PAs approved. We have spent days in offices calling md doing this for staffs that won't do it so shut the fuck up you lazy contract rep. Let us get the rxes however we need to and just enjoy the bonuses

I have great call notes, Went over MVA and doctro likes. Doctor in a good mood is always a great one!
I left sampls on the docs desk and invited to program! Great call notes
 












You CEO can't sell like us. We are well trained and have tremendous knowledge. You have one week of training. I do more than just get sigs, I invite to programs, do lunches, leave studies, spend my budget and take great call notes. You on the other hand, get out of my way. My doctors don't want to see you, they want to see forest reps.

You are an idiot. 90% of the contract reps are prior pharma and have just as much knowledge of the indusrty as the forest reps. No company is safe from a layoff, so dont get so cocky cause if it happens to you you could be the next rent-a-rep...there are some really good reps who were brought on to the contract...just grow up and accept it.

That's right. You could be laid off and have to go contract because pharm reps have ZERO value. The only positive is your contract salary or Forest salary is not much different!!
 






Forest reps are highly regarded as the top reps by most doctors. You on the other hand are nt respected by the doctors. The reason forest is so successful is because we have great reps. The reason other companies have layoffs is because their reps are not as good so they aren't as successful. Therefor, they get rid of reps. We won't have layoffs because there are great reps here and we will continue to generate the revenue needed., we can do this without you.

Seriously??? Apparently you can't which is why they hired additional people. Focus on the future and if new drugs come to market the transition will be easier for our offices and market share wont drop like it did when other drugs launched at Forest.

How can forest pay for all the great reps when you lose ove 2 billion from your bottom line?

Really? I'm a long time Forest rep shaking my head-you can't be serious. We are disposable, yeah, even you genius.
 






I am confident we will grow Savella, daliresp, Viibryd, nmda, and Bystolic to new levels. We have always exceeded our numbers and w will continue to do so. The extra reps will only hurt are efforts. We have 2500 great reps and we will succeed. I am not worried about ever having a layoff, we never have and never will.
