Call Metrics



















Let's just say this is standard protocol right before an acquisition. Pfizer wants to know what they're paying for. Better be careful with call falsification or time in/out of territory. We are all being watched over the next 60-90 days. Headcount reduction means more to the bottom line when being acquired by a company that needs quick ROI, trust me!
 












Managers were all just on a call where some dipshit taught them how to supposedly catch reps who are falsifying calls and not working using Veeva. Several DM's I know pushed back and said it was a joke and poked holes in the entire process/
 












You might as well be. Speaking from experience with your product, my 5th grader can bring more value than some of your "stop by and say hello" reps. I write product based on who brings value to my office and your company needs serious help with training.
