My wife & I were with big pharma. She is now with Shire and was told the call frequency is roughly 14 calls a day. I thought she might have been mistaken. Is she correct?
 
























Call frequency at shire is a joke. 14-15 doctors on your daily itinerary to see 7 per day. Over the years the number of drs in our territories has been cut almost in half, but that magic number 7 never goes away. Combined with "customer based selling" makes for a nice little oxymoron. Listen to your wife, not the a-holes who post on this site.
 






You pretty much just narrowed your wife down to one of the females in the most recent new hire class..Im guessing less than 15- mix of m/f. Do her a favor and have her ask a rep in her region these questions and dont post them on Cafe Pharma-otherwise you will both be back to "Big Pharma"

Yeah, we can take a good guess as to who this woman is! So stop making life difficutl for her by posting stupid commnets about call avg and stupid questions about the company. Why dont you ask her?
