The call activity reports are an excellent tool, I just don’t understand how people who have call averages to see 3 or 4 doctors a day are still employed?

Call averages are NOT an excellent tool. It's about QUALITY NOT QUANTITY! The check the box mentality is why I left.

I am pretty sure that the area directors look at those pretty closely.

Time to clean house! Bring in new blood that are willing to work. Most managers and directors notice that red flag immediately.

Cause they are actually moving the needle with those three or four calls rather than being a professional visitor

they don’t go to the gym and get off their fat asses. Yes they watch call Averages all day
