CALIFORNIA SALES CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT

California sales and marketing reps are considering a class action lawsuit against Labcorp. LC has changed the way that we have to enter new sales by giving us a cutoff date of the 3rd of the month. As the prior month will not have closed by then we will have no reports to view to get accurate information on accounts. Sales Force platform is not accurate. That impacts sales team and means LC pays less commission. It’s just another way of stealing commission from us. They change the rules as they go to benefit them if sales is making too much money. We also have a new IPA coming on board and we are hearing they are not paying commission on those new sales too.
We also have heard we have the highest call in quota expectations in the entire US. If you work in sales for LC please list your state and call in quota.

California KAE 4K per month quota
California SME 13K per month quota

CA is one of the few if not only state to have HMO capitated specimens which sales gets paid zero dollars on but we still have to service those accounts. All new sales come from PPO Insurane, Medicare, Medical.
 






Simple question. Why does anyone continue to work for this company? There are so many better opportunities out there where your services will be appreciated and your pockets will be properly for a good days work.
