California Rep Filed Class Action for OT

Takeda is in with lawyers on this already. We have a legal hold on all documents mentioning Beth in place. It's for real. BTW; anyone catch the new daily work expectations for sales reps at the last POA? Notice no more mention of staying in the field from 8-5? instead we are told to be in the offices when the doctors are available. Duh?

No doubt. Now all of sudden it doesn't matter how many calls you make per day. "Whatever you deem good for your business - could be 4 calls or 14 calls - we're cool with whatever you decide".

Why in the world would you (anyone) spend THAT much time in the field?? Seriously. I've done the 9:30-11 and then 1-2 (maybe 3, tops, if at all) for years. Too many fakes out there saying they are getting more than a few secs more than 4-5 times a day. Count the minutes you spend "selling" sometime. The gig really is part time.

I got a call from a lawyer in New York for the same thing. It's legit.
Got another call from the same law firm filing against Takeda - and Takeda must be worried because they hired their own lawyers and are not using their own internal. They asked if I would testify. According to sources - this has happened at other pharma companies and the company lost and paid out a lot of money (i.e. Pfizer).

I'd rather not have my name associated with it. I still don't know how they found me or my phone number or who else is involved.
