California is broke. They are in worse shape financially than almost any other state. A greater percentage of the population receives medicaid than any other state. California makes it next to impossible to impound cars from drivers without licences because, hey, they might be illegals. They recently had mass protests over the huge increases in in-state tuition that would be charged, largely due to allowing illegals in-state tuition. Now they are going to provide state aid to illegals too! Hey, what's another 20 to 40 million? I swear they think they are playing with monopoly money. With what money? Well, at least I can understand why Brown wants to ban concealed weapons!
BTW, how will these illegals get a job out of school? Businesses are supposed to crack down and not hire illegals and they can't have a legal social security card. Makes no sense in any economy but especially not now.
