Here we go. The OBU will probably finish 105% to plan- yeah.

No the bad news- The forced distribution and the bonus budget. Not everyone can get an "E". Also for the budget- the multiplier will screw 50% of the sales team. Everyone can't get a 1.5 the highest payout. Here is the approximate breakdown.

10%- E, 15%- HS, 50%- S, 15%- LS, 10%- U. And there are approxiamte 205 reps in the oncology. Do the math. East vs West

Hey I started a support group for reps that lost their biad partner. This will ensure that I get an E or HS rating! Can you believe my boss bought this bs? I should get an Oscar for this performance.

The oncology rep in my area sits in hospitals working on his ipad and pretends he is there for customers. Not sure he does much other than that..would love to see the 'calls' he puts in for each day. Wonder how he will be 'calibrated"???

Unfortunately this is the same in all divisions. Here in Neuroscience where we are also on the one team incentive plan, this type of bonus leads to destroying the team not building it. The people who kiss my bosses ass will get the money. so sad :(
