Here we go. The OBU will probably finish 105% to plan- yeah.
No the bad news- The forced distribution and the bonus budget. Not everyone can get an "E". Also for the budget- the multiplier will screw 50% of the sales team. Everyone can't get a 1.5 the highest payout. Here is the approximate breakdown.
10%- E, 15%- HS, 50%- S, 15%- LS, 10%- U. And there are approxiamte 205 reps in the oncology. Do the math. East vs West
The Oncology Favorite reps and DM's especially in the East will get hooked up and if you are not favored or the inner circles in the South you will get screwed. No projects, no OBU influence, no ass kissing to the Sr. Directors, VP or your DM your screwed.
Calibration equals budget control and forced bell curve distribution. The sales results are being calcualted as well, not making plan, you are screwed.
DM's will sit in the room and present examples etc., its HRP/ subjectivity for your final rating based on behaviors and you being compared to others in your job grade. What a joke- whoever can leave the best emails or best practices or share bull shit with others.
