I know you won't get many sincere comments, but just know your feelings are valid and shared by many. I have regretted things in life, but I was always very choosy about my career path. This sincerely has been the worst mistake of my career. I literally dread every day. I am currently looking, but I don't plan on making another mistake twice so it has to be a smarter move. So if you get depressed around 5 pm on Sundays anxiously dreading the upcoming week, you are not alone. If you find your friends and family don't truly understand, just know you are not alone. They just don't get it. If you can't stand the weekly activity reports especially how inaccurate and unfair they are, just know you are not alone. I miss the security of a real company. Look, we all know it is just a matter of time when they are going to pull the plug that I am very certain of. So you need to keep looking because at the end of the day the only one that care and has your best interests at heart is you. There is absolutely no loyalty here whatoever. Many may be naive to think that management and the leaders are happy here and that just isn't the case. Many are looking for other opportunities as well.

Well said. Dread every POA, every conference call, every rah rah bs email, have to take a xanax to even talk to my manager. Talked to recruiter yesterday about promising opportunity, but my experience at this company has made me so paranoid and anxious about every "opportunity of a lifetime," that it's hard to even be excited. Actually like/respect some of the reps here, but the scios management good old boy, heavy handed management has been the main source of problems for this company.

Wow, I must have typed this in my sleep because it's everything I'm thinking. Yet I know I didn't type it because I spoke with two recruiters yesterday.
