It is no secret that more reps are quitting and many are in roles where they have accepted either a double dip scenario or are starting a training class in mid May with a real company and ooouuuttttt of this Savient shit hole once and for all. Its actually a good thing that all these people are leaving. They were not producing and all they did was complain. Maybe now we could get real sales reps in these territories. People that want to be here and are actually going to try and sell something.

You're not very smart yourself. Doing well is relative. There will always be someone doing better than someone else but the real question is how is the product doing in the marketplace year after launch. Is this company sustainable? If someone is doing better than their peers they are cashing in but are also looking to leave.

40% turnover is a year's time since launch of a supposed novel new product with upside and and bla bla bla bla bla blahhhhhhhh

This has been without doubt the most unsuccefful shit run launch I have ever been on board with. 14 years in, multiple PC's, elite relationships, there are no real excuse you can use, the bottom line is that this bag of shit most of us were sold to come on board too has been just that, a stinky ranchy flavored bag of shit. this product is 5th tier shit and you could not be more wrong about the people leaving, the ones who I know PERSONALLY who have left or are about to drop that dime are as sharp as I have seen, no doubt about that.

DR hasn't worked since he got here...this moron draws a paycheck and that's it. He's about as smart as a peanut.
