That’s a bit vulgar! But HR is a hornets nest of incompetent, out of touch paper pushers! Even with each other! Watch out for retaliation and threats!
BTW the urology reps are handed high volume writers, hand pick who they want, add NPs and PAs they never knew were alive until they see their numbers! If the company wants to save money get rid of the urology reps who think who they are and let the rest of SMPA sales have a chance to actually make the unrealistic quotas and maybe SOME bonus money! I don’t think the ask is too much!
