Coming from an HSS rep, many of us hate it here so much and Are interviewing for other jobs. They sure don't know how to reward or keep top performers and I it's obvious they don't care. But honestly, you can pretty much assume well over 1/2 the sales force is looking and this is a very true statement.

Thanks Dick Tracey. It obvious many folks in the sales force is looking to get out however there are very limited places to go so we know you are stuck here. Think I am wrong? Name the people who left voluntarily in the last 12 months with a job already lined up? Didn't think so. They have you by the b*alls and you know it. Now get back to work.
