DSI is at the end of the line with a very promising Oncology pipeline? The future of medicine is Oncology. Yeah we are going to be a small oncology company in terms of employees but Oncology products are going to keep us in business for decades

Curious why anyone would want to stay here, other than milking it for a paycheck or for a serveance. The company has NOTHING to offer. No pipeline, and piss poor management. Oncology will not work here simply because their is no leadership, and no clue on how to launch a product. Anyone who could think for themselves got out.

Japan has placed this squarely on reps, they see all the metrics for calls, time in field and call impact and quickly realized the current sales team is not very good. Leadership has been tasked with finding a company that knows oncology, knows how to sell and will work. If you’re in the field you are to blame, why do you think RD and HQ have remain unchanged? Our sales team is just plain lousy
 






early numbers they are working on, moving the LPI team back down to about 95, DSI sales of pain will end in December, timing of layoff still being discussed but it will be between January and march, in house marketing team to be disbanded and most of the support groups as well they will hold onto a few for oncology but not many
