I don't miss the stress from this company but do miss the free car.

Don't miss the stress at all, and glad to go from a Ford Fusion to a Lexus SUV. Every area of my life is better than it was a year ago!!!

Wow. Your lives are so great after Novartis, yet you lurk and post after your hard night of sipping Chardoney. Strange. Seems like you miss something.

As to the OP, I can't help but think its HR trying to thin the herd to lessen the payouts.
