My thinking is that the generic company will have to gear up the product production and get things moving they probably did not manufacture product at risk prior to the judges ruling. Galderma can probably appeal However, I do not think that holds up the generic company from producing then selling their product. My guess is that it will be out in less than three months sometimes early or first quarter of 2014. A lot of our products are vulnerable they are not that proprietary, Clobex spray is gone in 2014 as well. We either innovate or buy something or this thing is going to end within the next two years or so.

Are you seriously trying to kid yourself that they didn't already manufacture???? OF COURSE THEY HAVE!!!!!!! Get a grip. Putting even a few million $$ of manufacturing expense at risk is a calculated risk that they would absolutely take, to gut Galderma's sales in Differin immediately.
Clueless. Have fun when you are "so shocked and in disbelief at getting laid off"

Generic already being pushed down to cardinal. All the generic company would have to do is pay a fine. Sorry, but the wheels are in motion. Buckle up.
