I Interviewed with intra-cellular today. Yes. Intra-Cellular. They are hiring at least 82 reps and will become part of Johnson and Johnson in the next 6 months. Caplyta going to make close to $750 million this year on it's way to $1.3 billion next year and peak sales forecast of almost $5 billion before patent expires. J and J keeping all field sales reps with a week or two and wants the additional expansion reps all in place by late spring. Base if 132k to 150k but will match my salary if they hire me. No additional but sign on and buy out any bonus stock rsus I have to leave on the table. Better benefits. Better health insurance. Match an additional 1.5% in 401k. But the big one is will let me stay on their health plan should I want to retire early. Depending on time of service and my age they will put money toward helping to pay for me to stay on their health insurance. That what will put me over the edge to jump there! There will be many leaving here to go there. We need better benefits. Nuff said!

Welcome to phase 2 of the hemorrhaging… credibility and trust is critical here… no change and you will have 40+ departures by summer. Time to evaluate benefits early retirement , equity carryover base on tenure age as a simple vehicle to keep folks engaged.
