Spot on. I can't believe the people up top still have a job. The competition is laughing at us and they should be.
 




Marketing run by marketers. Wonder how many actually have feet on the ground selling experience over 5 years? Would bet very few. Just like many other TA's at AZ. The other problem is no one has the courage to say the emperor has no clothes. All are too afraid to be that person.

There’s an old saying in business that everyone should remember. Here goes: No one likes to hear their baby is ugly. Also, remember this proverb-The protruding nail gets hammered. If you are the person to point out that upper mgmnt has a bad plan, you will have violated BOTH proverbs above. Been there, done that, it was not pretty.
 




there is another saying “the squeaky wheel gets the oil” and “you are either part of the solution or you are part of the problem”. Don’t complain here if you don’t have the courage to speak up and get it changed.
