Buying Merck Consumer

What's happening to JnJ regarding the KY brands? Is Reckitt going to add staff for KY, bring JnJ people into the RB company?

Or did they just buy KY to make sure there was enough lubricant on hand for what they will do to Merck employees?

We are the pharmaceutical division and are waiting to see if we are sold or spun off as a separate company. We have nothing to do with the consumer side. Most people know nothing about the products that have been recently acquired - nor do they care. Most of us can't name one person for the consumer division. It is reverse of Merck - our pharma division is very small, less than 200 reps and only one product. You are looking in the wrong place for answers.

Thank you for your honesty - it is refreshing as you usually do not find such an honest answer on this site.

Yes, good reply RB pharma dude. I think the OP was just trying to see if any consumer personnel might be viewing and could share insights as to RB past practices on buying companies. Most think Merck people are all going to lose jobs and not be brought over to RB.

Good luck, sounds like RB will be selling the prescript biz too.
