Sales representatives, especially old line males are being purged at alarming rates. This is not being directed by senior German leadership but by a social justice motivated human resource and legal department based in California run amuck. It has gotten so bad that no one is safe! It was recently verbalized from a rank and file HR associate that their plan is to “clean out the old clutter of male entitlement!” The witch hunt is currently playing out without regard to qualifications or past successes. Emails, text messages and key stroke loggers are being employed to accomplish the goal of meeting a DEI percentage target. All means are being justified under the guise of compliance and the current DOJ investigation. This is not a healthy environment! What once was a good place to work with a family atmosphere has become a toxic, backstabbing persecution with no senior leadership in sight. If you are looking at any open positions, do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere. When HR is entirely control and enforces their rule with threats and heavy handedness to push an internal agenda that doesn’t align with the company’s mission, collapse is eminent.
