Another acquisition and the "beat goes on" up up and down down. Everyone get trueview now or ecat ffs? I think these logs getting put on the fire are burning faster than hoped. That many 5% drops in a day and we should call it @ss beat.

sounds like the BM accounts are running for the hills as most at one time were CN accounts. Kinda sad when you acquire accounts and they drop and run. Offer them ecat fee for service as a last ditch. Looks like the street and the customers are losing interest, lost 50% of the companies value in a QTR, yikes!

Funny how the blowhards neglected any of this information on yesterdays cc.

From the 10-Q:

"We have been and are currently subject to pre and post-payment reviews as well as audits of claims under CMS Recovery Audit Program and may experience such reviews and audits of claims in the future. In addition, state agencies may conduct investigations or submit requests for information relating to claims data submitted to private payors. For example, in the second quarter 2014, the Mednet entities were served with a subpoena by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance Bureau of Fraud Deterrence, requesting claims data submitted to private payors. The Company has responded to requests for information from the State of New Jersey and continues to cooperate regarding this inquiry. Responding to these investigations, requests for information, reviews and audits of our claims requires considerable time and effort and corresponding costs. Any of these events could result in material delays in payment, material recoupments or denials, the commencement of civil legal proceedings, or result in our exclusion from participation in the Medicare or Medicaid or similar programs, all of which would have an adverse effect on our results of operations."

Nothing like taking over a company that is in hot water with the state and federal government.

The 10-Q document also lists $3M we have set aside for a potential settlement with the DOJ - no wonder we needed to hire another lawyer.

I cant wait til all that INR revenue kicks in and saves our asses!

HOLD THE PRESSES.........isn't the reason we even own Mednet because we won a patent infringement lawsuit against them and they couldn't have survived if they had to pay up?

How many law suits can one company have going on at once before somebody realizes there is a problem?

Not to mention cash on hand is significantly down and indebtedness is way up.

Is anyone else getting tired of the daily roller coaster ride?
