Didn't OB say just a month or two ago we weren't going to have layoffs. You can only believe one thing this company says and that is that they will lie to you whenever they feel like it. Hell we all saw it and this little bitch says "no, that's not going to happen no matter what CafePharma says".

Sure we didn't have layoffs right then but come on, they knew. That's why they gave everyone the little tags and switched voice mails around. And to think they are still having training classes right now shows nothing but it seems like they want to throw money away training people that will take months to get on the ground running.

If they knew this could happen then why bring in 30 new hires for the next Training class? They could of held filling the open territories another few weeks and given priority in filling open positions to existing reps rather than new hires or transfers and rather than laying people off. .

It just doesn't make any fucking sense. I suggest everyone impacted contact an employment lawyer now. Don't wait to start collecting your evidence in case your let go wrongfully.
