Our girl was not her confident self this week. I guess not having Robert as a support network make this a very different game for Peg. My manager said she made put undo pressure on her "team" once again making the process more than it was intended to be and it was very evident to senior management. She once again blamed her numbers on people being new and and that some people "suck"...she didn't say that this time so plainly, but the intent was the same.

Food for thought ... the new SE RD lives in NJ, so does Peg. Her demeanor, performance, and her inability to lead anyone are all tell-tale signes that she will be gone within weeks, if not days. Too many excuses, too many good people pushed out, and too little production.
 












Watch and wait. This regime is not about slashing and burning like the old guard was. However, these guy are very savvy and straight faced. Her numbers are poor, her turnover is horrible, she is an excuse maker, and the new VP of Sales just started. His first impression was this week at the business reviews. He could tell that her team is walking on egg-shells. I am also privy to the information that they know she lied to Rytell and about Rytell to employees as a fear tactic. They are not happy about her approaches. And on top of all of this , she just lost one of her top managers (she also lied to him about Rytell by the way).

If we have any luck AVEO will hire her. Can't for the life of me understand why they would but word is she has and is interviewing for VP of Sales. If she has any trips to Boston you'll know why. I think she has a former connection their...must be delusional acquaintance. I guess if you're incompetent as RSD you make the grade to become VP Sales:)))). The corporate world is a trip.
 






























13%of sales force resigned this week. A good potion of them from the NE region. All very good reps. As cramble is on the retain select individuals and to counter-offer those who resigned.
 






























Peg's monthly chat was upbeat. She talked about the recent spike in BVs. She is setting a message in motion that Q3 will be big...but it won't. Peg has never delivered and never will. Look at her work history1-3 years at a company and she moves on.

The issue is that her region will once again be under 100%. She has only hit her number in 1 of the 6 quarters that she has been here. And, she has had ~ 50% turn over at the rep level and ~70% at the manager level with an opening in Chicago area for the 2nd time in 6 months.

It is time for the tough talking Peg to take a walk. There is no room for excuse makers and "leaders" that cannot lead.
