Business Director now at Smith & Nephew

AM was let go by the company. Did not know what to do with him. He did not deliver. Example is what he is doing now. Running around trying to sell S&N product with MHC evidence and dropping prices by 30-50%. Good example why he is no longer here. Good luck - win on price, lose on price. No credibility.

Former rep at MHC and so nice to see Rob R and his koolaid drinking robots destroying the reputation of others as they claim credit for all the success that was acheived long before they ever heard the name Molnlycke Health Care.

I love how you speak about "credibility." Your company has been manipulating nurses for years. And they are calling your bluff. Whaaaaaaahhhhh..... Po wittle babies going to be once again exposed about how you can put rose petals on a wound and it will distribute pressure. And that you don't have to use the most expensive dressing on the market to redistribute pressure (which doesn't stick to the skin when needed by the way). Quite frankly, this is the best thing that could happen to you guys. Maybe you'll get your head out of your arses and lower your prices, like your customers have been asking you to do for years. Whhaaaaaaah.... my quota is to high. The company wants me to grow, but I already have all the business and my territory is saturated. Well, don't worry about it much longer. Because is the next 18 months, you guys are done. You have nothing new, nothing innovative in your pipeline, every company will have a like product when your patent up, and it will be 30 to 50% less expensive. We are going to use all your data and all your own papers to promote our dressings. Except, ours will be better. Oh, and good luck with your breasts pumps in the NWPT market. Suckers!

For starters, it's NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy). Secondly, if you really think you can compete with Acelity (KCI) or Cardinal Health (Innovative Therapies), then you people are delusional.

wow, the biggest whining rant i have ever read on this entire site. was just checking it out bc a friend just did a ride along recently but dude, you have serious issues. and to think you basically just validated every reason why they have a high priced product as you cried

Andrew. I am so surprised at you. Continue to drop prices on products no one wants. That's all S&N can do since they spend no time developing evidence or proving their products efficacy. Its called EVIDENCE based practice. Not use someone elses evidence to prove your products. After 15+ years with Molnlycke even you should know Allevyn is different to Mepilex.

The story of "no Allevyn evidence" is ridiculous. RCT recruitment is underway and the NPUAP, EPUAP and PPPIA includes work with Allevyn. Statistically significant research by Tora i bou et al over a 5 year period of time to be exact.
Stop patting yourself on the back! Your dressing sticks to itself; not patients. Why do you think you're losing market share??? Regardless of the difference of opinions about AM, he has had 25 years with all of you to educate all of us on YOUR deficiencies.

OPEN Wide Swedes ...the firehose is coming...2015

Seems like quite the conundrum - follow the inappropriate guy who made women within a 30 yard radius uncomfortable or follow the guy so far over his head it sounds like he's speaking underwater every time he opens his mouth. Happy to have gotten out when I did!

This rant is comical. "RCT recruitment is underway". Allevyn Life has been out for almost 2.5 years and they are just now recruiting for an RCT? We'll all start holding our breath.

They quote "Tora i bou" as evidence? It was done on "Allevyn Heel Cup" versus gauze. In 2002! Its a joke that NPUAP even included that outdated study on a product no one even uses.

Both of these S&N defenders are great reflections of they type of person they hire. S&N is the only wound care company to actually LOSE market share over the past 5 years. They make knockoff products but don't have the distribution arm to shove the products down their customers' throats (like a certain company).

Keep trying.
