Ah yes,.....the fines will be large! Why do you think they couldn't even get a sniff from buyers? Because they know what is coming and had to declare such in due diligence. Roger's arrogance will be the downfall of this company.

Define large. What is your proof that there will be ANY fines? What is your proof of a fine where there has not been even a finding a guilt or settlement? Maybe your comment should acknowledge that you are "wsishing" for a large fine.
