Pathology will not be reimbursed separately in Outpatient Hospital Procedures or Surgery Center Procedures. Instead there will be a bundled payment included in the facility fee.
So this doesn't look too good after all, right? Delayed payments, depending on hospitals to pay fair share. Waiting, waiting, waiting while the bills pile up. Can anyone tell me if there is a bright side here I'm missing.

CMS gave everyone a slight breather, and that is no doubt due to their issues dealing with Obamacare. The ax will fall this year as the dust clears, and a lot of small labs are going down the tubes. Even the two big boxes are going to be hurting big time. Neo has a lot better chance of weathering the storm than the little s***hole you work for. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhah
