Can anyone explain what bundling means? Have an interview coming up. Thanks.

CMS "bundles" payment for dialysis treatments. Kind of like DRG payments for hospitals. The dialysis bundle includes all the services provided during the outpatient dialysis treatment including ESA (epogen or aranesp) and Vitamin D (oral or IV). Previously the medications were billed seperate from the remainder of the dialysis treatment. Transfusions are not included in the bundle.

Face to face have a lot of "Tell about a time when you......." type questions.

Bundle is fantastic for taxpayers and not so good for drug and dialysis companies. They have been milking the dialysis tit for 40 years and sucking it dry.

I would ask what is the future of the franchise and when do these drugs go off of patent. Be prepared with the standard drug company interview type questions of "tell me about a time when...." They are all leadership and ethical questions so be prepared to answer them.
