What a bizarre place to work this has become. We focus on current events more then we do business. We displace blame at the highest levels but don’t consider execution of strategy. We reward face value efforts instead of deep work on the ground.

I don’t get this place anymore. Commercial org and clinical powerhouse turned current events snake charmer.

Gilead's culture is toxic. Leadership is blind to the culture problem which is pervasive. Dan's ranting amplified the existing culture problem. He is neither getting fired or cares.
