I agree. A great group of smart motivated individuals that actually give a shit. It’s a beautiful thing. Best leadership I’ve seen in 30 years of pharma. You and the patient aren’t just a number.

Bottom line, they’ve called almost everyone with even minimal Endo experience. Then those people call existing or former employees. Then the candidates drop out.

Not a recruiter at all. Just a veteran rep in this game. Cafepharma is 99% negative because particularly reps only get on here to vent. But from time to time you find useful information such as product info, salary (when people are truthful), and perhaps management. If you've been in this industry long enough you'll notice that people have something to say just about every company. But those of us reps who succeed find a way to avoid the BS, the rabbit hole, and negativity. No company is perfect. Help patients, make a lot of money, take care of your family.
Correction sparky. Cafe pharm a is 99% negative because Pharma is 99% BS. Now take your “veteran” ass back to Panera and go impact patients.
I'm always amazed at the amount of people on cafepharma who can't have dialogue without name calling. It's rather interesting. Explains a lot though!
