Can we PIP the ADs, VP and Sales Opps team for lying to us? This company is whacked! You can't make a good living here. This is a one year gig at best.
If the TM's band together and there is a unanimous vote then you can PIP an RM. The problem is the PIP is monitored and carried out by the AD so it usually doesn't lead to a termination. What it leads to is a really pissed off RM and plenty of PIP's being delivered to TM's who are viewed as traitors. Very seldomly does this action lead to a better work life.
