This position should never have been created within B&L. Yes Steve was worthless but the person who created these positions should be also terminated. In these challenging times we need the strenghts of our entire sales force together sharing ideas and concerns not having silly "West is Best" games.
 






Yes Steve was bad but I think everyone will agree Kathy is worse. We must get rid of her in order for reps to start to have faith in there job. Any guesses when she will go? Or is she going to be the one regional director for the east and west now?

This was done to remove any potential competition for KK. The same thing happened at Merck and Novartis. They see heads rolling down the road and don't want any potential competition available.

he was a disaster. He looked like a slob. Acted socially retarded. Doctors did not like him. They did not have any respect for him. He has no ophthalmic sales experience. He was always off label. Instructed the reps to go off label. Celebrated off label wins publicly. He was a momo!

Steve Pino is a worthless recruiter for Publicis Touchpoint Solutions. He horse trades recruiting commissions rather than trying to find top candidates for his clients.

He has the bed side manner of a jackass.

I see why reputable companies stay away from recruiters and do their own screening.
