I had an issue with my manager one time and reached out to Bill. He stuck his neck out for me and was able to help. A real stand-up guy. Don't know where he got the buffalo bill nickname...but well deserved...as he is a little bit of a rebel.

I agree. Also, he has shown the ability to take low performing, underachieving individuals and teams and turn things around quickly. Always a good trait in this job market.
