BSX on a per diem hiring spree

It amazes me how you pick your per diems to hire. Such gross misconduct. Is it a conflict of interest to hire someone working in office for your implanters and having them do checks there for money, too? Oh, but the doctor likes the fact that you gave their gal a chance, so its ok with him and you. Gross.

(KL, get a life) Far from jealous. I once believed BSX, or device companies in genera,l require a certain level of education to perform such tasks. Ex. Reprogramming a device in a patient's body.Interpreting valuable arrhythmia information and knowing the best algorithm for the patient. Being able to explain these findings to a physician. I guess all it really takes is a physician friendship to get the position. No wander the industry is going down hill. Just ask yourself, is this conduct legal? Is the person in the per diem position checking all companies during the day (paid by Dr/hospital) and then checking patients during business hours, on the weekend or in the ER for the same physician, which they are employed, at the same hospital , but being paid by the vendor! Ludicrous.

Oh please, the industry is full of nepotism. Le'ts have some fun and list the conflicts of interest we know. St. Jude has got to be the worst. No, Medtronic. Boston probably has fewer that I know about.
