Yes, the can, and No, they don't.

Usually it is the RD or ABD requiring all this BS....not the DM. But some DM's do a better job of filtering the crap.

I was with one of the reps from the midwest who has a few choice recordngs on his DM, I was laughing so hard, asked when he was letting it out of the bag, he said soon very soon......
