Bronco Nation gonna eat some Bulldog stew next Saturday night!

I'm dumbfounded why a coach of the 19th ranked college team in the country would invite Bronco Nation into the Georgia Dome for the opening season game. Damn. The man must have a screw loose. Not only will it demoralize the Bulldogs to get their asses handed to them at homen the season opener before their friends and neighbors - it will leave a dark dark stain on the entire SEC for a bunch of farmboys from Idaho to manhandle one of the better team in their conference. No longer will people have to wonder "Could Boise State play ball in the SEC?" The answer will be clear at the stroke of midnight on 9-3-2011. The Alabama coach must have a little higher IQ than the Georgia coach. He knows better. :D

Don't miss it. ESPN @ 8pm EDT.

After what we have witnessed over the past couple of years, I think that all of the top-ranked teams cheat. Next to go down? Oregon or Auburn.

I definitely think that Boise State could play ball in the SEC. I just don't think they would have an undefeated season each year. I think they would have at least 2-3 conference loses each year. In the SEC they would be on the same level season to season like South Carolina or MISS State. This is a JOB SAVER game for Mark Richt and that is the biggest reason I am picking Georgia. You better pray the GA defensive line doesn't get a hold of Kellen Moore.

South Carolina or Miss State? Shit, the Bama Bozos finished 5-3 in the SEC in 2010. You have some nerve trashing other SEC teams.

The Broncos will whoop Georgia by 10 points or more in the Georgia Dome even with all those shitkickers screaming at the top of their lungs.

The Broncos offensive line is virtually the same as last year - just more experienced and twice as mean. Kellen Moore won't even have any grass stains on his pants at the end of the game.

If Richt's strategy was to save his job by playing Boise he's dumber than I thought. Most of his Sunday will be spent updating his resume.

I don't know why Richt is still at UGA? 10 Years of mediocrity. If Boise was in the SEC I actually think they would be more like Arkansas. Not good enough to win the SEC Conference Championship Game (It's this extra game our conference plays every year for a team to qualify to play in the National Championship) but Boise would be like Arkansas in that they would upset another team's chances of playing in the SEC Championship Game. I heard that the back up QB at Georgia was the back up QB at Boise? Do you think the Big 12 or what's left of it will invite Boise to the Big 12? It would be more of a natural fit for their team but I am sure the Big 12 would make Boise get rid of that obnoxious gimmicky smurf turf.

Even though Bama went 5-3 in the SEC last year we still had a top ten finish. It would be really interesting to watch Boise play 6 SEC Teams in a row each having a bye week before they played Boise like Bama last year. I am sure the Broncos would have another undefeated season and blow each team out by 30-40 points...

I know tomorrow night is the game of the year for you but the more interesting game will be LSU Vs. Oregon. I am really interested to see how LSU will play after Jordan Jefferson kicked in a marine's head at a bar in Baton Rouge called "Shadys". Note to self: don't go to bars without any windows or bars called Shady's! The story is this drunk marine called Jordan the "n word." Jordan had every right to beat the shit out of the drunk marine for that but breaking four vertebrae was a little much. His attorney had the audacity to ask Les Miles to let him play until the case went to court!!

After watching Boise on Saturday night I think you will have a change of heart. At least now we will have a benchmark as the season rolls on. We'll see how Boise compares with Georgia and how Georgia fares against other SEC opponents in 2011. We will actually have measurable comparisons.

Boise is in a different conference this year with a tougher schedule. You are selling them short. Besides TCU - they play Tulsa who beat Notre Dame and #24 Hawaii in the Hawaii Bowl 62-35. And they play Air Force, Fresno State and Nevada - none of which are pushovers. So they play 6 good teams in 2011.

W/ regard to Jordan - there's no reason to severely injure a man over words. If it was in self-defense - that's one thing. But not over words. Was he drunk too - or was it only the marine who was drunk?? If the other guy wasn't a physical threat - Jordan needs to get dropped from the team's roster. College football has to bring back a basic code of conduct for all players.

It is being reported that 3 Boise State Starters will not be in the game tomorrow night. Here is the Link: http://www.tigerdroppings.com/rant/...our-Game-May-Have-Gotten-A-Little-Easier.aspx

Tiger Droppings is an LSU-SEC Fan Website. You might like joining and talking shit to us SEC fans.

From what is reported in this story these 3 players are from Amsterdam, Netherlands? They played their senior seasons at Boise High Schools. I wonder why Boise State is recruiting players from Europe?

Now that Utah and BYU are not in the Mountain West I think Boise went from a bad conference WAC to a worse one in the Mountain West. Maybe the Big 12 will give Boise an invite since Texas A&M is heading to the SEC. Hell TCU joined the Big East so it can be done. Maybe Pac 12 will give them an invite when they expand again to 14 teams?

I personally feel that Boise is a good team and they have proven that in some great victories. I just think that until they join a major conference and win a conference championship that they should not be in the National Championship discussion. Having said that I think that Boise State will be in a major conference in the next 3-5 years. There will be 4 major super conferences in the next 3-5 years and we will have a mini-playoff-plus one model in College Football. Not the perfect solution but better than what we have today.

Concerning Jordan Jefferson I don't know if he was drunk or not when he got in a fight. From what has been reported the marine was held down and Jefferson repeatedly kicked him breaking 4 vertebrae. I agree no-one should fight over words especially when it is 1 guy against 4-5. Having said that using the "n-word" someone is inviting an ass kicking especially a white drunk marine. Breaking 4 vertebrae is a little much though.

Boise is so deep in talent that they won't need those 3 players from Amsterdam to beat Georgia convincingly.

You just can't be satisfied. I showed you six good teams that Boise plays in 2011. And you dismiss it.

None of the big conferences want Boise in their mix. It would hurt the other team's chances of reaching a bowl game. So it's not Boise's choice. Boise would join the Pac-12 in a heartbeat given the opportunity. Alot more revenue for the school. But the other conferences are afraid of them.

Jefferson messed up. Emotions over intellect. He'll be watching a lot of football in 2011. But he won't be playing much.

The 4- 16 team major conferences are starting to take shape now. Like I said it will take 3-5 years and Boise will get multiple invites. No conference is afraid to add Boise to their conference, even though Boise has gimmicky smurf turf their thousands of fans money is green. All major conferences know that there are a lot of Boise fans across the country thanks to the ESPN Hype Machine. I know ESPN gives the SEC lots of pub but can you name me another team from a Non-BCS Qualifying Conference that gets more publicity than Boise? Hell Boise gets more pub from ESPN than the majority of major teams from major conferences.

Concerning Boise's schedule. I agree that Fresno and Nevada are both good teams. Hawaii and Air Force are just alright.

Congrats Bronco Boy to Boise State for beating Georgia tonight.

Congrats Bronco Boy to Boise State for beating Georgia tonight.

Thanks for being a good sport, Bama. I respect that.

Boise proved tonight by beating Georgia by 2 full touchdowns at the Georgia Dome that the Broncos have the ability to go toe to toe with any team in the SEC or in the NCAA.

Kellen Moore didn't have his superstar wide receivers to throw to and the guy still went 28/34 with 261 yards passing w/ 1 interception.

Hopefully their starting safety and wide receiver will come off their suspension and play next week.

Georgia was no pushover by any stretch. Big, quick and very athletic. Expect them to beat South Carolina next week.

Bronco Nation is proud tonight. :)
