Many pharma companies are paying out 1% merit increases and I wonder why...Now, take a look at the value of all the benefits for a sales rep. . Now take a look at Teva financials. No BK in sight. So get the facts straight.

Many pharma companies didn't force their reps into the field last summer. Many pharma companies just went back this year.

Shows what you know (or don't). Teva never forced that on anyone. Everyone had the tools to work remotely and virtually and when given the all clear from certain states or Covid mandates, it was still up to the discretion of the representative on how we would proceed. Legally, Teva couldn't "force" anyone to do something they weren't comfortable doing. Yes, we still owed it to our company to make an effort each day in a virtual setting. After all we were still getting paid to do a job!

Teva was a split tongue serpent. They declared publicly what you claim and allowed managers to compel, and use scare tactics to force reps into the field. Teva cares about the money only.
